Concrete Leveling Service Areas in the Magic Valley

Twin Falls and the towns around it, on both sides of the Snake River Canyon, each with its own mix of concrete problems.

Where we work

Magic Valley Slab Co. lifts and levels concrete in Twin Falls and the towns around it, on both sides of the Snake River Canyon: Twin Falls, Kimberly, Jerome, Filer, Buhl, Hansen, Burley and Gooding. Evaluations are free everywhere we work. If your town isn’t listed, call and ask.

Our towns

Each town page covers what we tend to see there and what’s worth knowing before you call.

South of the canyon

  • Twin Falls. Home base. Garage aprons and steps in newer subdivisions, sidewalks and driveways in established neighborhoods, and commercial walks and entrances.
  • Kimberly. A fast-growing town just east of Twin Falls, with a lot of newer homes whose concrete sits on backfill that’s still settling.
  • Hansen. A small rural community east of Kimberly. Mostly acreage homes with shop aprons, long driveways and patios.
  • Filer. An established small town just west of Twin Falls, with older homes and concrete that has had decades to move.
  • Buhl. The western part of Twin Falls County. Older in-town homes plus acreage properties surrounded by irrigated fields.
  • Burley. The Cassia County seat, farther east along I-84. Homes and businesses, with photos up front to help plan the trip.

North of the canyon

  • Jerome. The Jerome County seat. In-town neighborhoods plus rural properties with shop aprons that carry heavy loads.
  • Gooding. The Gooding County seat, farther north. Older homes in town and farm properties around it.

What’s the same everywhere

The concrete problems change a little from town to town, but the job doesn’t.

  1. Look. A free evaluation of the concrete, with a straight answer on whether it can be lifted.
  2. Lift. Small holes, polyurethane foam injected beneath the slab to fill voids and raise it.
  3. Level. The slab is brought back in line with the concrete around it.
  4. Wash down. Ports are patched and the area is power washed, free on every completed job.

How concrete leveling works walks through each step.

What we lift

Outside these towns?

We list the towns we serve regularly. If you’re nearby but not on the list, call 208-431-6379 and ask. We’ll tell you honestly whether we can get to you.

Sending photos from farther out

For properties farther from Twin Falls, photos before the visit help a lot: a wide shot of the area, a close-up of each problem spot with a tape measure in it, and any cracks. Send them through the evaluation form and we’ll tell you whether it looks like a lifting job.

See If Your Concrete Can Be Lifted

Tell us what the concrete is doing. We'll set up a free evaluation and give you a straight answer on whether lifting makes sense.
